DINING AT RIVERTOWN TAVERN

Reservations are available for seating inside our dining room and outdoor seating is available on a first come, first served basis. We kindly request that if anyone in your party is feeling sick or has recently been exposed to someone who is in quarantine or has tested positive for COVID-19, please keep safe by staying home and plan to visit another time. 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Please enter through the side Lobby entrance and check-in with the host. We will be conducting temperature checks at the door. For walk-in guests, we may request a phone number so that we can facilitate contact tracing in accordance with state guidelines.

PLEASE WEAR A MASK

Whenever you are not seated at your table and whenever a server approaches your table, please wear a mask. If for any reason you do not have a mask or it gets lost or dirty during your visit, we will be happy to provide a new one for you.

MENUS

To view menus, you will be able to scan a QR code at your table. If you prefer, laminated menus that will be disinfected after use will also be available. You can view our current menu here

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We have reconfigured our dining areas to make sure that tables will be six feet apart. While you’re on premises, we request that you follow social distancing guidelines. 

SERVICE

In an effort to limit exposure, we kindly request that you have your entire order ready when the server approaches. It is our goal to continue to provide a warm, welcoming experience, and appreciate your understanding that our staff will keep visits to the table to a minimum. Please know we are still on standby to make sure you have everything you need, so just give us a signal and let us know how we can help.

Rivertown Tavern orders and tabs include a 20% Operations Charge. This fee is spread among restaurant staff and enables them to make a stable living wage, impervious to seasonality or guest prejudice. We are required by law to collect sales tax on this fee. Should you wish to add an additional percentage you can do so on the gratuity line. Your participation creates fair wages for our incredible staff. Thank you in advance for your generous support!

BEHIND THE SCENES

All staff members complete a daily COVID-19 screener before coming into work. Once here, they use clean masks and face shields throughout their shifts and follow hand-washing and sanitizing requirements. All dining tables are sanitized between seatings, and all other surfaces are sanitized frequently. In our dining areas, the filtration system has been upgraded and enhanced with an air ionizing system.
